Yes. We do not ship if the receiving address requires two days for FedEx to get there. We will call to inform you should this be the case. Orders placed on Thursdays (after 11:00 am cut off Ottawa time) will be shipped on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery but we will make every effort to ship your order before the Fedex pickup on Thursdays.
We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Statutory holidays.
Ship & Pick-up is available only for the Greater Toronto (GTA) and surrounding areas. In partnership with Penguin Pick-up service, you would place your order on our website, choose one of the four Penguin Pick-Up locations near you as your shipping address and pick up your order at that location. Penguin Pick-Up service is a fast, convenient and fast pick-up service offered by SmartCentres.
Ship-Direct is available in Ontario. You place your order on our website and your order will be shipped directly to your shipping address by our shipping partner Fedex.
We offer priority overnight next day service for both Ship & Pick-up and Ship-Direct to major cities provided your order must be submitted before 11:00 a.m. (Ottawa Time) from Monday to Thursday. Every effort will be made to ship your order before the Fedex pickup and especially on Thursdays.

Yes – as long as you give that person your unique Penguin pick-up ID and the ready to pick up email notification message.
If your order is not picked up at the end of closing hours on your order delivery date, your order may be at risk of being thrown out. No compensation or credit back !
No – Once you have selected your preferred Penguin ship to and pick-up location, we cannot re-direct your order to another Penguin Pick up Center.
Only one shipping address or Penguin Pick-up location is allowed per order. You can place additional orders for the other shipping address or Penguin Pick-up location.
Your order will be placed in a fully refrigerated storage area at the Penguin Pick-Up centres.
No – Unfortunately, we don't ship locally. We do delivery via UberEATS after 7:30 pm, but coverage area may be limited.
Yes – We accept all major credit cards.
Yes – as long as your credit card number and your billing address is correctly matched. If it doesn’t match, your order will be canceled for security reasons.
