Supporting Local Farming

In May 2011, GP undertook an initiative to support and buy locally grown vegetables where possible throughout the summer and into the fall season. We are pleased to have partnered with Rochon Garden, located in Edwards, Ontario, to supply us with fresh vegetables on a weekly basis.   Remember eating GP’s famous dishes such as our Special Cantonese Chow Mein, Beef & Broccoli, and Beef and Tomato? The broccoli and tomatoes are grown at Rochon Garden, a family-owned farm since 1957. We will continue to enrich our partnership with the Rochon Garden and other local farmers in our community.

Also, we buy eggs from our long time local supplier Beking's Poultry Farm.
